BEACON HILL—Rowing buffs and prepsters worldwide will descend upon Boston this weekend for the notorious Head of the Charles regatta. Not surprisingly, North River Outfitter will throw a kickoff party with Boast USA (maker of polo shirts, tennis gear, and all around classic clothes) on Thursday night from 4pm to 9pm.
