The Boston Globe reports today that the Retailers Association of Massachusetts is predicting sales of $15 billion statewide for the 2013 holidays. That number marks a slight uptick from last year—good news for stores, considering that up to 40% of annual sales often come from the holiday season and this one is particularly short. [Boston Globe]
