Over in Hanover, a mall Santa is definitely finding his spot on the naughty list. The man was accused of pinching the behind of a fellow employee at Santaland, which predictably upset mall-goers. Remember folks, please don't take cues from Billy Bob Thornton's Bad Santa character. [CBS]
