Equinox, the award-winning fitness club that Boston Magazine named "Best of Boston," is expanding to Chestnut Hill today. The 40,000 square foot club, tucked inside the brand new Chestnut Hill Square, features everything from an indoor pool to a eucalyptus steam room to dedicated studios for yoga, cycling, pilates, and boxing.
In fact, the Chestnut Hill location will feature Equinox's first ever Figure 4 Barre, a revolutionary program that blends elements of ballet, yoga and resistance training, called "a muscle gripping, energizing session at the barre" by Elle. Convenience also factors heavily into Equinox's latest outpost—with valet parking, fingerprint/iPhone check-in, and an on-site juice bar.
