Boston's Best Dressed This Year, as Told by Our Style Panel

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Same as last year, we've tapped a handful of reputable fashion friends to weigh in on 2013's greatest hits (and misses). Today's topic: Best dressed.

Looks from McKenna Bleu and Lo So Fancy

Who was best dressed in Boston this year?

Kaitlin Madden, Lux & Concord blogger: I have to hand it to some of the local style bloggers. I discovered McKenna Bleu and Lo So Fancy this year, and neither of them ever seem to run out of outfit ideas. And Erin Gates of Elements of Style always looks amazing. She has the classic-cool thing down pat.

Tina Burgos, Covet + Lou founder: Just one? Most of my girlfriends and colleagues make this list: Salon owner, Amy Penna; writer and editor Alyssa Giacobbe; animal activist Amelia Hughes; entrepreneur and stylist Liana Krupp; partner-in-crime Mimi Packman; longstanding friend and shoe savant Lauren Leja...they should all be included in this category.

Jeff Lahens, DressCode Boston founder: Shawn Harris, CEO of Nyopoly, is best dressed in Boston in 2013.

Aliston Tomisato, PR and Marketing for W Boston: Photographer Tracy Aiguier has such effortless beauty, whether she's on a shoot or at a cocktail party. Chanel's Mary Nobile King has impeccable winter style. Jay Gordon of Bodega combines cool plaids with limited edition Bodega sneakers for one-of-a-kind looks.

Christine Mitchell, N'East Style blogger: My husband; he has great taste and wears clothes incredibly well.
