And Now, We Present to You: 2013's Most Memorable Outfits

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Same as last year, we've tapped a handful of reputable fashion friends to weigh in on 2013's greatest hits (and misses). Let's reminisce on their favorite looks from the year.

What was your most memorable outfit this year?

Christine Mitchell, N'East Style blogger: My wedding dress! It was a white linen top I bought from Creatures of Comfort and a vintage white linen skirt. The total damage was only $120, but I felt like a million bucks in it.

Aliston Tomisato, PR and Marketing for W Boston: A head-to-toe all-yellow Daniela Corte long sleeve peek-a-boo top and yellow taffeta mini for our charity:water Waterwalk in August, worn in homage to the nonprofit's iconic yellow jerry cans.

Jeff Lahens, DressCode Boston founder: This could be a trick question for me, because of my work I have to be on my A-game even on bad weather. Let's go with Goorin Bros. hat, purple Label raincoat, Tretorn rain boots, and unbranded doorman umbrella.

Brittany Fischer, Beauty Correspondent for Gloss48: My "Black Swan" Milly dress with a high neck and big tutu that I wore to the Spero benefit.

Tina Burgos, Covet + Lou founder: The outfit I wore to the Covet+ Lou launch event at Haven's Kitchen in New York: Vintage high waisted navy menswear trousers; caramel cashmere A.P.C. sweater; forest green pony hair Celine boots and a myriad of rings, bracelet and my Rolex. I'm feeling very androgynous these days.

Kaitlin Madden, Lux & Concord blogger: The sweatpants I wear on Friday nights when I sit on my couch and drink wine jump to mind. But, other than that, I really loved re-wearing the dress I wore to my rehearsal dinner (I got married in 2012) to a wedding this year. I got a dress that wasn't all white on purpose, so I could wear it to other people's weddings. It's probably the prettiest thing in my closet, a mid-calf length, accordion-pleated chiffon dress from BCBG. I liked it almost as much as I liked my wedding dress.
