HUB-WIDEWe updated our ginormous Residential Heatmap with such developments as the Victor near TD Garden and 70 Prospect Street off Union Square. Sixty-six points in all!

FORT POINTA 600-square-foot innovation unit at the reincarnated shoe factory at 63 Melcher Street wants $2,299 a month in rent, highlighting the marketing black hole that is micro-apartments in Boston. Meanwhile, there's so much you can get for that amount that's not a really tiny place to live.

CHESTNUT HILLIt looks like the Hub's It couple, Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen, have settled on 5.2 acres in Brookline for their next home here. The pair are close to the necessary permissions to build a house as well as a yoga studio and a cottage for the help near Patriots owner Robert Kraft.

DOWNTOWNThe 29-story apartment tower at 45 Stuart Street has set a date: Developer AvalonBay said construction could start in the next 30 days or so on a project that will include a pedestrian walkway from Stuart to LaGrange streets.
