Start Working on Your Nordstrom Rack Shopping List

Last night Nordstrom Rack invited us to preview their new Boylston Street space with many other savvy shoppers—and we are definitely coming back. They made great use of the old Filene's Basement space with accessories, cosmetics, and intimates on the lower level, while the upper floor is home to apparel (broken into the typical department store categories) and major shoe sections. Expect Rack to be flooded with customers when the store opens its doors tomorrow.

First of all, in the beauty section there is so much Neutrogena. It's like a CVS in there. We also spotted an OPI rack, Urban Decay palettes, and Bliss Body Butter in a gigantic tube for under $20. The accessories corner boasted plenty of Kate Spade bags, some Marc Jacobs, and Michael Kors. Moving into intimates, a Hanky Panky selection and a Spanx wall are appreciated. Upstairs you'll find premium denim for essentially everyone: Paige, Hudson, Joe's, Seven for All Mankind, AG, and more. Prepping for spring running? They've got a ton of sneakers from Nike, Reebok, adidas, and New Balance. Finally, a sizable clearance section is full of transitional outerwear, activewear, denim, and even some Equipment blouses (those never go out of season).
