BACK BAY—Salon Mario Russo is bringing back its beauty bar pop-up for March, and the team is also bringing back some 80s 'dos for it. Tickets are $40 for cocktails and a hairstyle next Friday, March 22. Of course a crimped look is involved, and if we recall correctly, Jessa was sporting the look on Girls recently. NORTH END—Twilight Boutique owner Alison Barnard rallied up some of her most stylish friends to clean out their closets in the name of charity. This Saturday, swing by the store from 11am to 7pm and shop these discounted wears with all proceeds going to Women for Women International, a group that helps women who have been victims of war. 10% of regular Twilight sales from that day will also be donated.
