Target's Collab With Celebrity Stylist Kate Young Launches Sunday

Lest you forget, Target's next collaboration launches on Sunday—but this go around it's not with a designer. Stylist Kate Young is one leading lady in the wardrobe biz over in Hollywood, so understandably enough, Target tapped her eye for a line of mostly occasion dresses.

The collection has been filed under the prom theme, as evidenced by its NYC launch event of that very same concept. Remember how blizzard Nemo landed right on Prabal Gurung's collaboration launch? This weekend's weather is less ominous, but a giant turnout is still not expected for the industry personality. Some customers already have declared that the clothing looks cheap. Hey, it's a Target collab after all. What else is new?

WHERE TO SHOP
The Kate Young collab is available at most Target stores, but here are five within five miles of downtown Boston:
Somerville: 180 Somerville Avenue. Lechmere (Green Line) to the 87 bus.
Dorchester: 7 Allstate Road. Walk from Andrew (Red Line) or take the 10 bus.
Watertown: 550 Arsenal Street. The 70 bus drops off right in front.
Everett: 1 Mystic View Road. Walk from Wellington (Orange Line).
Revere: 36 Furlong Drive. Walk from Beachmont (Blue Line).
