The ongoing debate as to whether Downtown Crossing is set to become a vibrant neighborhood just keeps on rolling. The Boston Globe claims the key to a desirable mixed-used scene (in our case, one that once again lures us in with its retail) is a young, creative population. Looks like the area is on its way.
