Here's the latest real estate scoop from Curbed Boston...

BACK BAYUnit 1 at 3 Commonwealth Avenue has traded in what could be the biggest condo deal in Boston so far this year. The 3-BR, 4.5-BA was last listed for $7,995,000.

FENWAY—In honor of baseball's Opening Day, we mapped all the new construction planned or under way around Fenway Park.

EAST CAMBRIDGE—M.I.T. has sweetened the pot re: its 26-acre expansion in and around Kendall Square. The university has promised more affordable housing, more retail along side streets, more innovation space... and fewer parking spaces.

BEACON HILL—One of the most transplendent residential properties in Boston has hit the market: the sole condo in the 206-year-old Charles Street Meeting House. The spread, with its barrel-vaulted ceilings, arched windows, lots of columns, exposed beams, and a cupola with epic views of the Hub, wants $4,900,000.
