EAST BOSTON—Flying in or out of Logan Airport for the holiday weekend...and hungry? Eater's got you covered with a guide to eating in and around the airport, from the Harpoon Tap Room and Cisco Brew Pub post-security in the airport to the legendary Angela's Cafe and Santarpio's in Eastie.
GOVERNMENT CENTER—The ice bar cometh to Faneuil Hall in July, so you'll be able to beat the heat by spending 45 minutes getting drunk in a cozy seventeen-degree venue, downing drinks poured from ice containers into ice glasses.
POWDERHOUSE SQUARE—DooWee & Rice announced two expansions this week - a collaboration with Wonder Bar in Allston and a franchise all the way in London. Chicken hearts for everyone!
FINANCIAL DISTRICT—Warehouse Bar & Grille will open downtown in late summer, and it will indeed have a warehouse-like ambiance (or "a modern industrial design,") plus plenty of televisions to broadcast sports. Look for Boston's newest sports bar to open in mid-August.
