City Hall Plaza transformed into more than just a pile of bricks this weekend as Beantown welcomed its first major music festival, Boston Calling. The two-day event brought out relaxed, layered looks to match easy tunes from headliners like The National, fun., The Shins, Marina and the Diamonds, and more—several of which we've chronicled here. Though rain threatened the show on Saturday, Sunday proved there is more finesse to the audience's wardrobe than plastic ponchos and Hunter boots (even if the weather felt more like fall than early summer). We spotted cool scarves, well-groomed gentlemen, cobalt and navy hues, and even a cozy-chic poncho of the knit variety.
