HUB-WIDE—These 10 apartments renting for $2,500 on the nose range from a short-term rental in the South End with serious pottery-storage potential to a North End 1-BR with a private terrace to an East Watertown abode with three bedrooms and two parking spaces.

WATERFRONT—The ginormous Aquarium Place project, nixed by the Menino administration, might rise again on the site of the Boston Harbor Garage under a new mayor.
