Here's are the latest real estate developments, courtesy of Curbed Boston.

BROOKLINE—Ex-Red Sox general manager Theo Epstein, who split for someplace called Chicago in 2011, has listed his Brookline mansion for $3,650,000.

SOMERVILLE—The city has gotten in on the over-ask trend with this $1,051,000 trade for 44 Rogers Avenue. It went for $90,000 over the last asking price.

FENWAY—Details are out on 1350 Boylston Street, the newest proposed edition to the neighborhood: 196,500 square feet and 18 stories, with 240 apartments, some of them lofts with private terraces, and 105 parking spaces.
