HUB-WIDE—Comedian Rob Delaney took a break from cracking jokes on Twitter to chat with Eater Boston in advance of his show at the Wilbur tonight. The Marblehead native is devastated by the closure of Brigham's and thinks that Ben Affleck and Matt Damon should save it.

DOWNTOWN CROSSING—Chelmsford food nerd destination Gene's Chinese Flatbread Cafe has just opened a new location in DTX, and it's been reportedly packed every day with hand-pulled noodle enthusiasts. It's currently only open for weekday lunch — no dinner, no weekends.

HUB-WIDEClover brick-and-mortar locations began reopening yesterday after being closed for more than a week due to a salmonella outbreak; the trucks could be back on the road next Monday. The company is apparently already hiring again ('WINNERS ONLY') in anticipation of "really really fast" growth.

BEYOND THE HUB—When Eater Boston visited Eater HQ in NYC this week, it was obviously necessary to wait in the infamous cronut line at Dominique Ansel Bakery. Here is a play-by-play account of the more than two-hour long experience.
