Today's pick comes from Racked Boston editor Susie Kostaras.

First Aid Beauty Ultra Repair Lip Therapy, $12 at Sephora

I've made an active effort in recent months to veer towards beauty products that are free of all that icky stuff we hear so much about... parabens, petroleum, sulfates, etc. The item I've had the most difficult time finding is a petroleum-free lip balm (because ew, gasoline byproduct), but then, I met First Aid Beauty's Ultra Repair Lip Therapy.

The Newton, Massachusetts-based company is building a cult following with its sensitive-oriented formulas, and this $12 tube is one of the brand's top-rated products. The best part is that it's kind of a hybrid between a balm and a gloss, meaning it works for daytime wear (great base to prep your pucker for lipstick) and is also amazing at bedtime. Lasts right through the night. Definitely a must-try for anyone seeking a rather clean lip balm.
