Welcome to Racked Boston's Hottest Trainer 2013 competition. Over the coming weeks, we'll profile eight good looking candidates who work at local gyms and studios. Once you get to know everyone, we'll host a bracket-style showdown in which you get to vote for your favorite. Let the games begin!

Since we've asked for Hottest Trainer nominees several weeks ago, we've profiled your top eight candidates and even begun voting for the first round of our bracket-style competition to determine Boston's finest fitness instructor. Today's poll matches up two barre teachers, Amanda Herman of The Bar Method and Hannah Katz of Pure Barre Newton.
