Because panty lines are an eyesore under summer skirts and sundresses, I was in the market for a boy short-style pair of undies to get my VPL in check. The promise of butt smoothness and reduced jiggle was enough to convince me to splurge on Spanx's Hide and Sleek Girl Shorts, which despite the elbow grease required to wiggle them on, were worth every penny.
Leg band- and seam-free, they disappear under even the clingiest of fabrics, and while they're tight (we're talking shapewear here, after all), it's not like they cut off your circulation or anything. I recommend buying them in Nude to ensure they always fade into the background.
