MARTHA'S VINEYARD—British retailer Jack Wills is throwing a boat party in Oak Bluffs this weekend, so if you're there, snap up a ticket for $20. Part of Martha's Vineyard Fashion Week, the fiesta will feature a fashion show, music, and a Jack Wills pop-up shop. The event is on Saturday from 4pm to 6pm aboard the? Seastreak?
