The 3.1 Phillip Lim for Target collection debuted Sunday morning to (serious) fanfare. On Monday we reported what was left on the racks, and as of 10:30am today, the Dorchester Target was just restocked (minus bags, sorry friends). This morning we spotted full racks of the Sparkle Peplum Tank ($39.99), the Animal Print Silky Skirt ($29.99) and matching pullover ($34.99). The Navy Sequin Dress ($74.99) is also there in all sizes along with Ruffle Tank ($26.99, also in all sizes) in navy and white. We spied one Animal Print Knit Dress in small ($29.99).
