Welcome to Fitness Week: five days of workout coverage, so that you can start your New Year's resolutions off right.
Boston has become a city attached to its stationary bikes, with a rising count of indoor cycling studios, each catering to a different clientele. Some are within bigger clubs or paired with workout genres like yoga and weight training. Others are devoted solely to the endeavor. All of them have strong fan bases. The question is, to which spot do you pledge allegiance?
