I'm half-Italian and I've elected to have bangs for over a decade: There have been greasy times. Amika's Perk Up Dry Shampoo is the best of the (many, many, many) dry shampoos I've sprayed through my front-facing locks. I really cherish it for all it isn't: no weird smell, no powdery effect, no hairspray-style stiffness. It simply leaves my bangs looking clean when, well, they're not.
