Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
Beacon Hill boutique Holiday is a bastion of pretty, girly whimsy, drawing in lovers of the always-adorable line Lauren Moffat, globally sourced pieces from Lemlem, vintage-inspired shirts from Bell by Alicia Bell, and those seeking smaller brands, often made in the good ol' US of A (including Holiday's own private labels). Just last Friday, owner Jessika Goranson announced on the store's blog that its e-commerce site, Souvenir by Holiday, has launched, opening up apparel, accessories, and especially jewelry collections for fans to browse and shop from afar.
Also front-and-center is "The Trunk" feature, which seems to be a virtual trunk show for a specific brand (currently, Bonne Nuit pajamas), a nice touch mimicking the rotating roster of trunk shows in the store itself. While there isn't much inventory on the site yet, we have a good feeling there is more to come.
