FENWAY—Wahlburgers, a Hingham burger-focused restaurant owned by the famous Wahlberg clan and the subject of a reality television show, has finally managed to nail down a lease for a location in Boston proper. It'll open by the end of year. There are also locations slated for Lynnfield, Massachusetts and Toronto, plus five in the Philadelphia area.

LEATHER DISTRICT—In other expansion news, O Ya is reportedly expanding to New York City. The Cushmans have confirmed that they're opening a rooftop bar called Roof at the Park South Hotel, but various sources say that they're actually opening two bars and two restaurants in the hotel, one of which will be O Ya. No. 9 Park alum Ted Kilpatrick is working on the bar project(s).

NORTH END/FINANCIAL DISTRICT—This week in restaurant openings, we say hello to Parla, a cozy North End spot with fun cocktails and elaborated decorations, and Bostonia Public House, a "refined rustic" restaurant in the Financial District.

CAMBRIDGE—The Cambridge location of Ten Tables will not turn into Homage Bistro after all. Owner Krista Kranyak decided not to sell. Homage Bistro is looking for a new space.
