Uniqlo's Faneiul Hall pop-up officially opened its doors last week. While the South Market space is small, it serves as an amuse bouche for the impending Uniqlo expansion into Massachusetts.
The store is packed to the brim with the LifeWear classics you love: supima cotton tees, super soft lounge-wear (hello, modal sweatpants!), Ultra Light Down pieces and limited denim for men and women. There is also a prominently displayed selection of tees and tanks from SPRZ NY, the collection announced earlier this year that's inspired by influential artists like Andy Warhol, Jean-Michel Basquiet and Jackson Pollock in collaboration with MoMA.
The space is worth a trip—or two, since inventory's slated to change every few weeks—as we await the permanent spaces in both the Natick and Chestnut Hill malls to open August 29.
Hours run Monday through Saturday 10am-9pm, Sunday 11am-7pm.—Janine Stafford
