That same month, Rosie Assoulin debuted her preternaturally self-assured resort collection, leading critics to compare her to Oscar de la Renta (where she'd once been an intern.)
Both labels are on our list of Racked Young Guns 2014 finalists—how could we leave them out?—but there are also plenty of talented designers who haven't yet been picked up by Barneys or joined the CFDA. Start tracking them now, and next time there's a run on an It Bag, you'll be first in line.
