You obsess over the Teen Choice Awards outfits, but here's your chance to dissect the fashions of yesteryear. On September 9, the Museum of Fine Arts unveils Hollywood Glamour: Fashion and Jewelry from the Silver Screen, a way-back look at iconic styles from Hollywood's golden age.
Make like the old-time fashion police and critique the gowns and jewelry of Gloria Swanson, Greta Garbo and Marlene Dietrich. Period photographs, film stills and movie clips further transport you back to the silver screen era.
